***STOP PRESS*** 2012 programme to be announced!

Following on from the huge success of last year's European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards, the team has re-examined the categories and criteria, as well as the entry process itself, and we are preparing to announce a number of improvements.

The date of the awards ceremony has been set as 2nd October - so put it in your diary now!

Full details on how to enter will be posted on this site soon and the awards will be open for entries on 1st March 2012.

About the Awards

European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards

As a result of merging the National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards, you no longer have to choose between two award programmes that take place in quick succession.

The awards will be open for entries on 1st March 2012, but you'll be able to see the categories and criteria from the middle of February. Please email Nick Davey if you have any urgent queries.

Last year's glittering gala dinner took place on Tuesday 11th October, the first night of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo.

Guests in the packed ballroom were treated to a barrage of one-liners from comedian Stewart Francis, and a dance routine from Britain’s Got Talent stars Twist and Pulse, before the serious business of recognising the individuals and teams deemed by the judges to have that something special.
