Dates announced! We are delighted to announce that the doors will be opening for the Call Centre and Customer Management Expo 2012 on Tuesday 2 October and Wednesday 3 October. As you'd expect from the UK's largest and best loved call centre event, this year's show will welcome thousands of visitors looking for the best products, solutions and education the industry has to offer.
Following on from a very successful move last year, the event will once again take place at London's prestigious Olympia Exhibition Centre. The venue is easily accessible by road, rail and tube and has proved popular with visitors to the show.

The "best and brightest" shining stars of customer service were revealed on Tuesday 11 October at a lavish awards ceremony held in the London Hilton.
