With customer service firmly on the agenda of company boards up and down the country, the pressure is on for those responsible for keeping customers happy and coming back. Providing excellent service on a limited budget can seem an uphill struggle – which is why getting together with other professionals to discuss issues and potential solutions is a huge help. The Club is designed exclusively for senior level customer service managers and offers a unique opportunity to gather together in private to discuss the major issues of the day.
