Nick started working at UBM 5 years ago on the National Customer Service Awards giving advice on which categories companies should enter, he has since taken on many challenges and is now Programme Director for the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). ECCCSA was formed 2 ½ years ago when the decision was taken to merge the National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards. Nick is a keen traveller, travelling the world when he was just 19 – taking in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand and Northern India. Over the years he has visited Hong Kong, Muscat, South India, next stop Japan!
