Neil joined Foviance as part of an acquisition of Applied Insights of whom he was director and co-founder. With over 25 years of in-depth industry experience in marketing analytics, customer insight and strategy, Neil leads Foviance’s consulting division and is responsible for all the consultancy teams delivering client engagements across our user experience, analytics, research and customer insight practices.
Neil holds an MBA from Kingston Business School and a Diploma in Business and Economic Forecasting. He served on the Board of Directors of the Web Analytics Association from 2007 to 2009 and has recently been appointed as a Director Emeritus.
