Salary: £24,590 p.a. + unsocial hours and on-call allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Summary
You will need to have substantial line management experience with the ability to motivate and develop your team to deliver an effective, quality service.
Using your strong people management skills, you will have the knowledge and ability to carry out appraisals and performance reviews, assess individual needs and develop appropriate training.
You will train and develop frontline staff in the use of the NHS Pathways System and Adastra Software to ensure the highest standards of software usage and call handling protocols are adhered to and maintained through regular call audit processes.
Add to that a relevant qualification and the ability to work on your own initiative and you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our patients.
A commitment to flexible working hours within the needs of the service including evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts is required on an internal rotation basis.
