Entry process
Taking the first step towards a European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards trophy is easier than ever as you can register and complete your entry forms online. You will be given a username and password that will allow you to save and go back to the entry form and edit it at any time.
General Entry is £195 + VAT. Fees are non-refundable and payment will be requested at the time of entry submission and may be made by credit card, invoice or bacs transfer via the online payment system. Once your payment is processed you will receive an email with links to your online entry forms for you to complete.
Entering the Awards is a straight forward process.
1. Select your category or categories
You can enter as many categories as you wish.
2. Register to enter
The next step is to register for each category you are entering - there is an entry fee per category entered.
3. Complete your entry form online
Whilst the entry forms are designed to be as easy to complete as possible, you may need to collate information from various parts of your organisation.
4. Submit your entry
You will need to submit your entry (or entries) before the entry deadline, which will then go forward to the short listing stage of judging. At this point you will be asked to pay in full.
