Judging process

The European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards has been designed to be independent, robust and rigorous whilst remaining accessible for entrants.

The judging process is separated into 3 steps:

Step One - Registration & the Entry Form
Once registered to enter the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards you will be required to complete an online entry form that requires key information about your business and the reasons why you excelled in relation to the category criteria.

Step Two - Finalist shortlisting
The chair of Judges collates all entry forms with a team of carefully selected judges. This team of experts will shortlist a designated number of finalists for each category. The decision is made on the information presented in the entry form submitted by the entrant.

Step Three - Judging
Judging will be either a site visit or a presentation to a panel of judges.
