Sponsorship Package

Pre Event

Unlimited use of the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards logo. As a sponsor we will supply you with the ECCSA logo to use in all your communications, so you can prove your commitment to excellence and best practice in the contact centre and customer service industry.

Online
Your logo will be on emails to over 60,000 contact centre and customer service professionals between June and October, right up until the night of the Awards. On the website, sponsor logos appear on:
- The sponsor loop that appears run of site within the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards section.

- a dedicated sponsor page for you to promote your business where you can include your logo, hyperlinks, copy and downloadable media items. Callcentreawards.co.uk attracts over 22,000 visitors (with 220,000 Page Views) every year - there are a minimum of 3,500 visitors and 25,000 page views anticipated the week of the Awards.

In Print
Our dedicated entries team contact the key people in the industry and distribute the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards registration brochure PDF to qualified decision makers. By sponsoring the awards, this brochure would include your logo.

Your logo will appear on all marketing collateral leading up to the event including the Call Centre Focus magazine. Your logo will also appear in the official Call Centre & Customer Management Expo preview magazine, any of our media partners publications and on all guest tickets to the awards evening (estimated readership: 35,000).


During the event

Production
Your logo will be featured throughout the evening on the large screens surrounding the stage and during the announcement of the winner in the category you sponsor.

Display
Your logo will be featured on banners and table plans located around the venue during the champagne reception and across all signage.

Table (10 x seats)
Impress clients or reward your teams by inviting them to the most prestigious event in the contact centre calendar. As a sponsor you will receive primary table position.

VIP presentation
A senior representative of your organisation to present the award trophy on stage and pose for official photographs. Company logo to appear during awards presentation.

Trophies and Certificates
Sponsor name to appear on trophy and all certificates for each category.


Post event

Gala Review
Your logo and a quote from your VIP representative will appear in the online gala review publication following the awards evening.
