Gala evening
The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service 2011 gala dinner took place on 28th September and was a roaring success. Attendees were treated to a performance by Britain's Got Talent's Edward Reid, who belted out his nursery rhyme rendition of Snow Patrol's 'Run' - before a very special version of 'I will always love you' just for the members.
Hosted by TV presenter Gaby Logan, the evening saw the crowning of the best performers in all the different sectors, as well as the most improved performance and the best call centres for answering emails.
Once the formal part of the evening was over, the celebrating began in earnest, with everyone letting their hair down on the dancefloor.
