The Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service Improvement Conference took place on 29th November 2011

The theme of this year’s Top 50 conference was all about improvement in both your performance and the service you provide to customers. In the four years the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service Programme has been running we have seen a four per cent increase in overall scores and a five per cent increase in scores to become a Top 10 organisation. The main beneficiary of these improvements is your customers.

Our Top 50 speakers have all significantly improved in difficult times where budgets are being squeezed across all sectors – from public services to retail, financial services and banking, to utilities.
