Visiting

Q: What are the show dates for the Call Centre Focus Conference 2012?
A: Wednesday 3 October and Thursday 4 October 2012 

Q: How can I book a place for the event?

Q: How do I register for the Call Centre Focus Conference?
A: The conferences are paid for sessions, so registration for them is separate to registering for the exhibition. Online booking is now closed. Please click here to register your interest for 2012 and we will let you know as soon as it opens. Delegates will be able to enter the exhibition for free using their delegate badge.

Q: How can I register as a visitor to Call Centre & Customer Management Expo?

Q: How do I register for just one day at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo?
A:
There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry to the exhibition for the duration of the event.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there are no costs to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the two days of the show. If you do not register in advance there will be a £30 entry fee to pay on arrival.

Q: How do I register for the co-locating eCommerceExpo?
A:
Entry to eCommerce Expo is free to all visitors of Call Centre & Customer Management Expo. There is no need to register twice - your badge for Call Centre & Customer Management Expo allows you entry to both shows.

Q: Is Call Centre & Customer Management Expo a trade show?
A: Yes, Call Centre & Customer Management Expo is a trade show for professionals looking to source information on and/or purchase products and services to assist their business. No students will be admitted except by prior arrangement.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A:
No under 16's will be admitted.

Q: When will I receive my badge?
A:
You will receive your badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Call Centre & Customer Management Expo and plan your visit.

Q: What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?
A: In the unlikely event that you don't receive your badge and welcome pack from us don't worry! You will receive an email the week before which will contain your unique reference number. Simply print your comfirmation email and bring it with you to the show where we will issue you with a badge. If you forget the email, give your name at the registration desk and they will be able to print another badge.

Q: Can I register for more than one person at a time?
A: Unfortunately, due to ABC auditing requirements it is not possible to register more than one person at a time.

Q: What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered and doesn't have a ticket?
A: People who don't register in advance and don't have a ticket will be required to pay £30 entrance fee. However, if you visit the website before you leave the office and print off any page, then hand it in at the registration desk to gain free entry!

Q: How can I plan my visit at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo?
A:
There are several ways you can plan your visit. You can do so before the show using our 'Plan Your Day' function, which goes live in July. You can make appointments with exhibitors to minimise the amount of wandering you might otherwise do at the show!

A few weeks before the show, you will receive a show preview and planner, which will give you details of new features at the show, as well as giving you an exhibitor list and Floorplan. All of these will enable you to pinpoint who you want to see, where they are, and which features you want to visit. At the show, there will be product locators which you can use to locate the exhibitors of your choice.

Q: Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
A: Yes, there is a secure cloakroom where you can leave your belongings for a small charge.

Q: How do I get to London Olympia?
A: The Olympia Exhibtion Centre can be easily reached by car, train or bus, and
Heathrow Airport is nearby. Click here for travel information and maps.

Q: How do I contact the Call Centre Focus Conference team?
A: The Contact Us section of this website provides you with the contact details of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo team - telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact that person directly.

Q: I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?
A:
Press Registration will go live in June. As a member of the press you will be given a press badge, which will give you access to the conference & exhibition, as well as the show floor Press Office.

Q: How do I obtain a visa letter?
A: Unfortunately we do not provide visa invitation letters for visitors to the shows. However, you can obtain all the information that you require through this link: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/


Exhibiting

Q: How can I book a stand a Call Centre & Customer Management Expo?
A: If you go to the 'Exhibiting' section of the website you will be able to view information about the benefits of exhibiting at the show. You will also be able to send an exhibiting enquiry form to us. Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact one of the Call Centre Focus Conference sales team.

Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Zone?
A:
As an exhibitor you have access to the Online Exhibitor Zone. This password-protected area of the website will go live in July and will contain information on essential PR & Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand. It is also the place where you enter your company details, white papers, press releases and upload your logo on the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo website.

Q: Who do I contact about building a stand?

Q: How do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered before the show. Complete and submit the badge order form in the Technical Manual. The manual can be found in the Exhibitor Zone, outlined above.

Q: What are the build up and break down times?
A:
Build up will be 08:00 - 18:00 (space only) on Sunday 30 September and 08:00 - 20:00 (space and shell scheme) on Monday 01 October. Breakdown will be from 16:45 till 22:00 on Wednesday 03 October and from 08:00 - 14:00 on Thursday 04 October.
