Media centre
The European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards has always generated a wealth of media coverage as two separate events. For 2011, we brought the two awards programmes; the National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards, together in London for the first time.
The media centre will offer journalists and PR professionals a place to access further information about the European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards throughout the year.
