European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards 2012

Categories and criteria announced!

In just two weeks' time, the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards 2012 will be officially open for entries. The full list of categories and criteria has now been released to help you choose the best awards to go for.

There are four new categories for 2012, including support professional of the year and customer service leader - as well as two categories to reward excellence in face to face customer service. Best high street customer service and best travel and leisure customer service give organisations the chance to show off how they treat customers on the 'shop floor'.

There are more changes in store too, with an even easier entry process and there will be more information on that when the awards programme officially launches on 1st March.

About the Awards

European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards

As a result of merging the National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards, you no longer have to choose between two award programmes that take place in quick succession.

The awards will be open for entries on 1st March 2012, but you'll be able to see the categories and criteria from the middle of February. Please email Nick Davey if you have any urgent queries.

Last year's glittering gala dinner will take place on Tuesday 2nd October, the first night of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo.

At last year's event, guests in the packed ballroom of the Park Lane Hilton were treated to a barrage of one-liners from comedian Stewart Francis, and a dance routine from Britain’s Got Talent stars Twist and Pulse, before the serious business of recognising the individuals and teams deemed by the judges to have that something special.
