Our Client Service Centre is a 24-hour a day 365 day a year operation. If you telephone us you will only ever speak to a real person, based at our offices in Sutton Coldfield. Our customers can contact our funeral directors at any time, talk to us about a current funeral plan or to get advice about purchasing a new funeral plan.
