We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2010 Top 50 Gala Evening on Tuesday 12th of October at the prestigious London Hilton on Park Lane where the Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service will be revealed.
The very impressive Park Lane Hilton is a venue frequented by royalty and celebrities alike such as The Royal Family, The Dalai Lama, George Clooney, Sir Paul McCartney, Daniel Craig, Guy Ritchie and many more.
In 2009 popular TV and radio presenter Claudia Winkleman announced the top ten performing call centres from those taking part in the UK's biggest mystery shopping exercise. We are in the process of putting together a fantastic package of entertainment for the Top 50 Gala Evening and will have more details about this in the coming months, so watch this space.
